Beer's to you! (or Bilk and Cookies)

In preparation for Father's Day...
As I ended my day with a brief viewing of a Food Network show, I heard mention of a variation on beer. Now being someone who still imbibes in the occasional alcoholic bevvy, I know there are some interesting things out there to twist the taste of fermented grains and water.
During the holidays you see the nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice infused beers which can be yummy.
There of course is the lime and salt in a Mexican beer (funny how it seems to only pertain to Mexican beer). The old standby hangover cure by adding a raw egg to a beer and chugging it down, to "relieve the pain" (although I bet salmonella poisoning might be more painful).
Then there is the hard core dunking of a shot glass into a full beer glass for the bravado extra wallop.
There are many others I know, but last night's mention made me think of what other concoctions can be found. So I turn to the innynets to see what I can find:
Bilk - (what I heard about last night), a Japanese creation taking surplus milk and adding it to the brew.
Michelada - this is something I can go for, a robust mixture of savory and tangy
Scallop Beer - here are a couple of variations on the theme, Scallop Stout by Shepherd Neame
and Hotate Beer (the linked page is in Japanese)
List's of various concoctions -
G-spot Hash House Harriers - the Lava Lamp actually sounds nice
Casey's Concoctions - no Broadway for me thanks
13 Pints - reviews on a few infused/fruity beers
